“Meal Window”
This refers to the 3x meal windows that have been pre-set.
Meal Window #1: 5:30am - 10:30am
Meal Window #2: 11am - 4pm
Meal Window #3: 4:30pm - 9:30pm
You must take a photo of your meal and upload it immediately during each of the 3 meal window periods.
Every meal you eat must follow the guidelines of the “nutrition option” that you selected at the beginning of the challenge.
“Take a photo”
An upload link will be emailed directly to all users upon each of the 3 window’s opening, every day.
As well as email, reminders will be posted on @tomstourney’s story. So make sure you’re following the page!
Each photo will be timestamped upon taking it.
This timestamp ensures that you have taken the photo during the meal window timeslot.
