What is Tom’s Tourney?
The purpose and framework in which Tom’s Tourney is driven by is simple - to change people’s lives with their nutrition. All for the better. We are governed by no alternative other than that, and that alone.
Tom’s Tourney consists of weeks long nutrition challenges. All that is required by the challenger is adherence to the rules during that time.
By successfully adhering and completing the challenge - you automatically earn your right to the cash prize pool gifted to all winners.
About Me:
I’m Tom.
I started this initiative off the back of my own experiences and pursuit towards self-development.
For most of my life I’ve know how to train, but not always how to eat. But for many years now I have been a full-time proponent of a whole-food diet. It’s hard to explain the transformation I have made in both body and mind since doing so.
I’m big on community. I’m also big on consistency and delayed gratification. I’m not perfect, I never will be. But the pursuit has always been to be that way; and the beauty of that means that this pursuit I’m on will never end.
Like my own journey, the intention is that these challenges too will never end. I aim to reward every single person who can complete these. Your long-term discipline has earned you your right to the prize pool. More importantly though, your long term discipline will earn you the right to a body you cherish, and a character that you’re proud to be.
It’s not always going to be easy, but meaningful change takes courage. I am my own best-friend. And you should be yours. Fuelling your body with real food is one of the highest forms of self-respect.
This journey (or tourney) all starts with a single step. In this case the ‘step’ is in the form of a meal; a proper meal. The consciousness of your first step will lead to a second. Before you know it though - Your habit will unconsciously takeover, making these challenges feel nothing more than your daily, everyday life.
T.D
“It takes 21 days to build a habit.”
So have a guess what capturing your meal (consisting of real food) 3 times per day, for multiple weeks at a time is going to do for your character?
What I’ve Noticed
Lost 8kg’s. Kept it off too.
“I have followed this nutrtition plan for the whole of 2024. I was by no means badly overweight yet I still managed to lose 8kg in total. Never once did it feel like I was starving myself to do so either.”
Elite Performance Increases.
“I was selected to represent my state, Queensland at the Australian Championships. Fuelling myself properly during training and during competition has been a key component to racing my best.”
Managing an Intensive Workload.
I work three different jobs. I can’t afford to be anything other than mentally on point at all times. Eating real food has been extremely important to ensure that I remain this way at all times throughout my day.”
