The Whole Food Diet
Single (1) ingredient foods. This is sometimes referred to as a '“paleo diet.”
A whole food diet includes food groups like: meat, poultry, seafood, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, milk etc.

The Plant-Based Diet
Single (1) ingredient foods. This covers a vegan, vegetarian, or no animal product diet
A plant-based diet includes food groups like: fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, nuts, seeds, oils, whole-grains, legumes etc.

The Carnivore Diet
Single (1) ingredient foods. No processed meats or plant-based products are permitted.
A carnivore diet includes food groups like: meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, and other similar animal products. Some dairy products too.

The Carnivore + Fruit Diet
Single (1) ingredient foods. No processed meats or animal products are permitted.
